ビルド時に「System.Exception: 'This MGFX effect is for an older release of MonoGame and needs to be rebuilt.'」が出たときの対処です。

FXファイルを使用しているMonoGameのバージョンに適したmgfxcで再ビルドする必要があります。
mgfxcをインストールは以下のコマンドでできます。

dotnet tool install -g dotnet-mgfxc
